You are paying for my time, as an artist, products and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for ANY reason on deposits, services or products.
If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact me within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and whether anything can be done to address them.
Any concerns communicated 48 hours after your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
If you have an allergic reaction please seek medical advice, and I will remove the lashes at no charge as advised by a medical professional, but I cannot issue a refund for the initial service.
If you are concerned about the possibility of an allergic reaction, you may opt to come in for a patch test free of charge.
