Vixen Beauty Studio operates by appointment only, as this is a home based studio. 

I kindly ask you follow and respect my polices and terms of service.

Bookings can be made through the website's contact page or WhatsApp. 
Please include the following; Full name, Phone number, Email, Preferred date & time and type of service. 
There is a 50% deposit required in order o book and confirm your appointment. 
This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your booking. 
This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment and the remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.
Please allow 24 hours (1 business day) notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. 
Your service deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date. When outside of this time frame the service deposit will be forfeited. 
This policy is set, as I would not be able to refill the cancelled slot in under 24 hours
If you, or another person in your household, has an infection or contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of me and my family, please do not come to your appointment sick. 
If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. 
Illness is not excused for same-day cancellations, so please be courteous and notify me as soon as you feel ill.
If you cannot make you appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. I know life happens, so please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes EARLIER to avoid being late. Give yourself plenty of time for the lenght of your appointment. Over 20 minutes late, will be seen as a no show and your deposit will be forfeited.
You are paying for my time, as an artist, products and other expenses used to provide you with a service. 
No refunds will be given for ANY reason on deposits, services or products. 
If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact me within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and whether anything can be done to address them. 
Any concerns communicated 48 hours after your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service. 
If you have an allergic reaction please seek medical advice, and I will remove the lashes at no charge as advised by a medical professional, but I cannot issue a refund for the initial service. 
If you are concerned about the possibility of an allergic reaction, you may opt to come in for a patch test free of charge.
Healed results will vary with each individual client. Specific results or color requests for tattoos are not guaranteed (especially problematic skin or cover ups) A specific desired result may take multiple sessions to achieve. 
 Please refer to the FAQ section to see if the services offer may be beneficial to you and whether or not the before & after care directions are a good fit for your lifestyle.
This appointment must be scheduled between 6 to 8 weeks following your first session. Touch-ups are not included and will be a separate fee. 

 Every client heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results. Results are extremely dependent on how one heals and will vary with each individual client. 
 Specific results or color requests for tattoos are not guaranteed (especially problematic skin or cover ups) A specific desired result may take multiple sessions to achieve.
This appointment can be scheduled anytime between 12 to 18 months following your touch-up, to deposit more color onto your brow tattoo. 
It is best to do yearly maintenance touch ups to avoid paying higher prices for a faded tattoo.
To qualify for an infill appointment, you must have 40% + of lashes left. Infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. If you have less than 40% of your lashes you will be charged for a full set. 

 Due to the high quality of products I use, I will not infill another technicians work. A removal and full set would be required in this instance.
Cellphones should be on silent or turned off, once the treatment starts. 
 If you are receiving a lash session, I ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete, being that I use tweezers, adhesive and other items near the delicate eye area and this takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session.
Prior to starting your appointment, you will be required to sign the Indemnity/Consent Form. 
If you decide not to sign the form, I can unfortunately not perform any service.
Due to the nature and attention to detail treatments I provide, I kindly request that you do not bring guests and/or pets to accompany you to the studio.
I reserve the right to refuse my services at any one point. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
